Occasionally important emails we may send you about new orders or changes in status of an existing order from Encatena get accidentally delivered into the junk folder of your email provider and this could mean not realising you have an impending deadline to complete an order for example.

To avoid this we strongly encourage you to whitelist Encatena so that any emails we send you are delivered safely to your inbox.
