How the Managed Service works
You are an SEO or digital marketing agency that wants to manage your clients’ link building campaigns with a minimum of wasted time and maximum efficiency. Don’t worry, Encatena solves this for you!

1. You register for free as an advertiser
First you should register as an advertiser on Encatena using the form above. Once inside your advertiser dashboard, select “Managed service”.
Next, complete the managed service form and we will prepare a campaign proposal. You will have the chance to approve it or ask for changes.

2. We prepare your personalised advertising campaign
When you give us the approval, based on the criteria you have selected we will construct the campaign and finalize with you the necessary data to launch the orders.
Once everything is agreed, you will need to deposit the agreed budget for the campaign into your advertiser account wallet so that we can begin to place orders. You can pay via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

3. We manage the purchase of the sponsored content
We take care of the management of the digital media: we place the orders and carry out all the monitoring of the process until the publication of the sponsored content.
You can see an up-to-date status of orders at any time via your account.

4. You approve the published content
When the website publishes your sponsored content, we send you an email and ask you to review the post or display ad. You have 2 options: approve the content or ask for modifications until you are satisfied.
If you approve the content the order is finished and the digital media is paid. If you ask for modifications, the website will have 48 hours to implement the changes. Once the website has modified the content, you can approve the content, request an additional modification or cancel it.

Then Encatena will reach a decision that it will communicate to both parties.
Finally, when the website publishes your sponsored content for the first time or after modifications, you will receive an email to remind you that you have 48 hours to approve or request modifications. After 48 hours, the order will be approved automatically.
If the selection of websites that we suggest is not to your liking, we will try up to 3 times to find websites that fit your requirements whenever that is feasible.
To prepare an estimate, we ask for information about the objectives of the campaign, what kind of websites you are looking for etc.
For those who have a better idea of what they are looking for, you can also include details about SEO requirements (follow or nofollow links), etc.
Once the budget is accepted, we will need you to tell us URLs, keywords and the desired launch date for each website.
You can choose the keywords and URLs that you want, according to the positioning strategy that you have created for your web.

If we have not launched your campaign, you may have indicated a launch date later than the current date or you may not have deposited the agreed budget for the campaign into your wallet so that we can begin to place orders.
