Welcome to Encatena, where we connect businesses, agencies and brands that want to increase the visibility of their brands and projects with publishers who want to earn income by publishing sponsored content in their digital media.
In order to add your digital media to the Encatena platform, we recommend you register as an editor on Encatena to have access to your editor dashboard. This will allow you to manage advertiser orders in as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you do not want to register as an editor on Encatena, you can also add your digital media via the form below - with this option we take care of registering your digital media on Encatena. When an advertiser makes an order, we contact you and manage the order on the advertiser´s behalf. After the sponsored content has been published in your digital media, we pay you directly without delays.
Before we can add you to our platform we need you to fill out the form below for each digital medium that you want to include.
At Encatena we always review the digital media that want to appear on the platform and filling out the following form does not constitute an obligation on our part to include a digital media in Encatena.
If you have previously submitted digital media using this this form, we have already stored your contact, billing and payment details and you only need to identify yourself with your email address.

Fill in your billing details so that we can generate invoices for you.
Fill in your payment methods so that we can pay you. We offer Paypal or bank transfer as payment methods.
At Encatena we pay you after sponsored content has been published in your digital media. We only offer payment in advance of publication for a very select group of high authority publications.
Indicate the URL of the digital media you want to add to Encatena. Don't forget to include the subdomain (www or other) and the protocol (http or https). If you own the domain and your blog is on a subdirectory or subdomain, please simply register the root domain, for example: https://yourdomain.com (root) or https://www.yourdomain.com (root with www).
If your domain is host to many different blogs owned by different users, such as on blogspot.com or wordpress.com, you should include the subdirectory or subdomain that belongs to your blog.
Describe your digital media and its content. The first sentence should be a summary that will be displayed on the shop view. Please remember to include:
1) If your articles have a minimum or maximum number of words please mention this. On Encatena, we encourage editors to write sponsored articles of approximately 500 words.
2) If you permit the advertiser to write the article or press release, indicate any requirements you have for publication (e.g. word count or include an image with specific dimensions)
3) If you promote articles or press releases on your social media or newsletter, please mention this.
Select a maximum of 3 categories for your digital media.
Hold down "control" on your keyboard to select multiple categories - categories with a grey/blue highlight indicate that category is selected.
These are the themes that you do not allow on your digital media.

You can specify up to a maximum of 5 different article types to offer to advertisers. You enable an article type when you specify a price for it. Any article types without a specified price will be ignored.
Type: Select the type of article you offer.
Author: Select if the editor or advertiser writes the article.
Links: Select what type of links you offer with your articles. We recommend selecting "Follow links" which most advertisers prefer.
Duration: Select the guaranteed minimum duration of the article and its links.
Special themes: Optionally you can specify a different price (perhaps higher) for a special theme or themes (e.g. sports betting, loans etc). For example you can price one article type for normal themes and a more expensive article type for special themes.
Price: Is the single most important factor when advertisers select digital media so we recommend selecting a realistic price at the lower end of what you would be willing to charge. If you price competitively you will receive orders and accumulate positive ratings at which point you can revise the price of your digital media, while if you overprice you simply won´t get orders.
You can specify up to a maximum of 5 different display ad types (including banners, leaderboards, popups, site takeovers and videos) to offer to advertisers. You enable a display ad type when you specify a price for it. Any display ad types without a specified price will be ignored.

Description and dimensions: We recommend describing the display ad and specifying the dimensions in pixels (width by height).
Link type: Select what type of links you offer on your display ads. We recommend selecting "Follow links" which most advertisers prefer.

We recommend that you upload a Google analytics screenshot of the last 30 day traffic of your digital media. This allows us to display traffic information to our advertisers. Surveys of our advertisers indicate that having access to these traffic figures is very important when making a purchase decision
Specifically you should upload a .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG or .PDF format screenshot of the traffic of a recent last 30 day period and should include the metrics: users, sessions, pageviews, pageviews/session, average session duration and bounce rate. At top of the page, the name or URL of your digital media should be clearly visible in the account selection menu.
To obtain your traffic figures for the last 30 days from Google Analytics:
1) Sign in to your Google Analytics account and select the web for which you want to verify traffic figures.
2) From the left menu select "Audience - Overview" and on the top right date box, make sure to select approximately the last 30 days.
3) In the upper right menu select "export" then file type "pdf". This will download to your computer a pdf version of the audience overview report.
3) Upload this pdf report to Encatena by selecting it using the "Choose file" button below.
